We may collect the following categories of information when you use Brave Voice Journey:

• Account information such as your email address, password, and account role.
• Billing and subscription information processed through our payment providers.
• Limited child profile information, which for the web version is intended to be only the child's first name or similar parent-entered identifier used inside the parent tools.
• Device, browser, usage, and log information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Communications you send us, including support emails and feedback.

The parent-facing web version of Brave Voice Journey is not intended for storage of detailed medical records, therapist notes, school records, or broader personally identifiable or protected health information about a child.

We use information to operate Brave Voice Journey and support families and clinicians using the platform.

• Provide the Brave Snapshot, Brave Ladder, and video self-modeling tools.
• Save progress, personalize results, and allow you to return to your child's data over time.
• Send requested emails, product updates, support messages, and account notices.
• Process subscriptions, manage billing, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and usability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

The online version of Brave Voice Journey is for parent-guided use and limited parent-entered data. It is not designed for clinician documentation involving protected health information, medical records, or other sensitive patient files.

Clinicians should not use the web version to store or transmit PHI or broader child PII. If clinician use involves patient data, the intended product is the downloadable desktop version, which is designed so that patient data remains local on the clinician's own device rather than being stored in the web app.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited situations such as:

• With service providers who help us run the product, such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payment processors.
• With clinicians or other authorized users only when you intentionally share information with them.
• When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, or security of Brave Voice Journey, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets if the business changes ownership.

We use third-party tools to operate core parts of the service. These may include providers such as:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and application infrastructure.
• Stripe for subscription and payment processing.
• Resend or similar providers for transactional emails.
• GetResponse or similar providers for optional email communications.
• Google OAuth or other sign-in providers if you choose those sign-in methods.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.

Brave Voice Journey is intended to be used by parents, guardians, clinicians, and other authorized adults, not directly by children acting alone. Child-related information is entered and managed by an adult user.

We ask that you only provide information you are authorized to provide. If you believe information about a child was submitted without appropriate authorization, contact us and we will review the request.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and whether you maintain an active account or subscription.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain information.

• You may update certain account information inside the product.
• You may contact us to request deletion or access review where applicable.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.

Brave Voice Journey is designed around video self-modeling principles and parent-guided practice. It is not a medical diagnosis service, emergency service, or substitute for care from a licensed professional.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
