Practice activity is not a clinical assessment or proof that a child met an IEP goal. Families acknowledge sharing before redemption. The school dashboard never shows their recordings, audio, or private notes.

How it works
Buy by card without creating an account, or arrange an invoice or PO with Bob. The buyer gets the payment confirmation; your chosen program administrator gets an invitation to set up school access. They can be different people. Get a unique code for each school in your school dashboard, then send it to up to 25 families with our parent welcome page. Families create an account, enter the code, and acknowledge the practice information they’ll share. They can start with one small, comfortable step.

What if we have more than 25 families?
Email Bob before your seats run out. We’ll discuss additional seats and confirm pricing before anything changes.
Can we pay by PO?
Yes. Use the invoice or PO option above. A W-9 is available on request.
Is student data stored anywhere?
Desktop recordings stay on the staff member’s device. The family web app stores account information and saved videos in private cloud storage. The school dashboard stores seat activation and consented practice records, not recordings. Families can stop future practice sharing from the parent welcome page. Please review our privacy policy and your school’s requirements before purchasing.
What does the free clinician app include?
The local desktop video-practice workflow and scenario library, available after a setup call. The school program adds family seats, the support kit, school reporting and direct support.
Does this renew automatically?
No. Card payment covers one year. Bob can help arrange the next year before your school access expires.
